I love this song. I think it's just about the suffering that comes with being different in todays society. Like the song says "there are no flowers...no angels...just these stark words." I think he's refering to how society wants everyone to be the same and to be perfect. At least, that's what I gather. |

i get the vibe of a loved one dying and almost haunting him. (did you come to stare or was away the blood?; spend the rest of your days rocking out for the dead. Seem like someone telling him about what they think.) It could be about his grandma, I'm not sure when this was written; but I know it was originally on bullets. He obviously feels very strongly about this person, so again, it could be his grandma. |

306 suicides in 6 years. 16 in one day, one of which was the girl to which the song is about. Other than that, the song is pretty straight forward. My favorite part is the Cut the laces of life bit. It's so haunting. |

Well, when I hear it, I think of a royal princess. It sounds weird, but I think it's about how princesses or queens are forced into marrying someone and never being free to make there own choices. The song is written in the princesses POV, and how she wishes the ghost would keep her company and be with her when she's forced to attend dances and things. I think it also could be about a girl who is in love with someone she shouldn't be in love with, and they keep it a secret, like a ghost. |

How can you get it being about a person? It's obviously about herion or any other drug.
