EVOL reminds me of teenagers in rags, sleeping in motel corridors and such, who've left home and don't know what they're gonna do with their lives, but know that they're not gonna be a part of what TV and magazines want them to be. The line 'we're gonna kill the California girls' makes me think of the O.C. and how I hate anyone even vaguely like that. I know a few girls who are all glitter and Barbie, and I just have no urge to talk to them, cos there's nothing to them. This is my favourite song ever. |

I'm sure I have the meaning wrong, but this is what this song means to me. I listened to this when I liked a girl who didn't want me cos she liked 'men' not boys, and was with a dealer. Somehow it made sense. |
