all of you guys are fricken retarded. this song is clearly about when his sister was shot in the head by her husband in 1994. Me2 was kind of right when they talked about god because Dave Matthews has always been pissed at god for letting something like that happen. if you listen closely to some of his rages during his concerts, you can kind of hear a little bit of him basically cussing out god. not only is this song a direct depiction of that and his feelings toward it, but also songs such as The Stone and a little bit of Sister. i dont mean to rant and rave, but i was getting kind of annoyed while i was reading all of these. |
