| I think I read, at least a couple of times, Panic! saying that they don't really tend to have 'hidden' messages in their songs, and they like songs to have a story, ect, so I THINK its pretty self explanitory. Its a good song though. I am, however, getting a bit bored of panic. anyone else? | |

I THINK this song is about when you're at school and people are always telling you to work hard ect and you'll get a good job and all that, and it seems to be implying that all they "wanna be" is in a band or whatever, but their parents and other people keep pressuring them "our parents only wondered why we never thought to try". Yeah its a good song, I like LSH, although I have to be a tiny bit bummed that I haven't heard alot of their stuff, if anyone reads this, do you know where I can buy a CD?? I'll probably look niave but waddayuh gonna do? thanks |

I think this is one of the only songs I like on In With The Out Crowd, its sad... Anyhoo, yeah, I think its about when you've been in a band so long and you've just been singing and writing and guitarring (is that a word?) your heart out and you just think "wait, what am I doing all this for" and they just want to make it clear. To me the title gives the general idea, y'know, "PS, shock the world, cause if we don't who will?" Don't forget what the music's about. |

Wow. Some websites are just ASKING for public slanging matches, well, not public but whatever. I dont know the actualy meaning to this song but to me it has always been about the times when you feel like your whole world is just going completely nuts around you, and you dont know why... yadda yadda yadda, basicly what the dude above me said... But then you have that moment when you think 'hang on, what the hell am I moaning about' hence the first line, "I've come to my senses..." and you just work it out. Yeah its pretty self explanitory. Fantastic song, one of my favourites. |

To me this song is all about them times when you end up awake all night 'cause you just CANNOT sleep 'cause your so worried/annoyed/upset about things and you have been for a long time and you just promise yourself not to be anymore. Not coke. Oh, and I agree with the dancing thing, its hard not to dance to LTJ. PS I miss their stuff like this song. In With The Out Crowd just did not cut it. |
