| i couldn't believe this song wasn't up. i could play the last verse over and over. i'm sure we all know what it means: realizing, for the first time, that when you die, not only will you be gone but everyone else will be too. but somehow it's tied in with love and it's great. i don't know, this song just makes me feel like finding love and dying before it ends will be great. but it's probably the wrong message. | |

i'm pretty sure the song's about a brother committing suicide, but to me it's about someone you love committing suicide. the whole: "Make your smile sweet to see, don't you take this away" kind of seals it; with putting the face together for a a proper funeral and not wanting them to leave. and: "And when we break, we'll wait for our miracle" after the suicide, they'll both be waiting to see each other again. CUE CRYING |
