incredible song - i can never get enough of this. This song could have allot of different meanings, but I think the main idea is that this guy and this girl, Holly, both loved each other, and now hes gone away to california to make it big and try his luck there. Inside he still loves herr, but cant decide whether or not to let her know or not. H'es obviously lonely and cares about her and thinks about her, but he doesnt know how to go about loving her again so he drinks his heartache away until he forgetts about her. I totally relate cuz I live in south cali and it can be very lonely. its really catchy like martinus said |
