You guys are funny. We have no idea what the song is about. Of course when you first take a look at it you go and think it's about the whole Gerard/ Bert feud, but even if it is i really don't think MCR will make a huge deal out of it. It's not like they were saying "Oh MCR is a crappy band" Another thing is, wait for the record to come out. Chances are that yeah, it will be more pop/catchy mainstream. But in the end that's the deal with bands today. Money is what runs this world, even in the music bizz. Sorry for those who haven't understood that yet, but bands want to make money, and yeah their sound might change in the process (just think about bands like AFI, i remember when i first saw them, there was probably 50 to 100 people in the place, now they play the Long Beach arena with over a thousand seats. They didn't do that by sticking to their punk rock roots...) |
