Obviously, the first verse is about a mother finding that her child is gone. "They're gonna find you, just believe. You're not a person; you're a disease." I think this is talking to the abductor. They're basically saying he is less than a person for doing something so awful. "Broken homes from separation. Don't you know it's violation? " I don't think this is about a divorced father. The home is seperated because it's missing someone. It's a violation because a home is where you're supposed to feel safe, secure, and complete. "It's so wrong, but you'll see. Never gonna let you take my world from me." I think their "world" is refering to the child that is missing. Even though they physically took them , they can't take their spirit/memory from the family. "The world outside these walls may know you're breathing, But you ain't comin' in. You ain't comin' in. " This is about the fact that no matter what the abductor does, he can't break up the family. They're overcoming their loss. |
