i think it's "in love there are no answers and in life there is no LINE" as in, there's no line between wrong and right. hard to say though. |

| Coldplay – Gravity Lyrics

i think it's the exact opposite of Sometime5's interpretation - i see it as gravity pulling two people apart. being with someone you love is like flying, but like radiohead says, "gravity always wins." he knows that inevitably gravity will bring them back down to earth. he's trying to deny it ("i won't look down"), but he can't help thinking about it. when he looks up at the sky/sun he knows that they can't beat gravity. |

anyone else heard the more acoustic version in C# (as opposed to the version in B on the brothers and sisters ep)? i like the C# version much more. |

nice try? maybe you should try a little harder to understand what changingdirection means before you laugh at her, MF2007.
anyway, i hear "i am one more thing that i gave to you." he gave himself to her, but now she's throwing him away like he's just another 'thing' that she doesn't need anymore. |

| OK Go – The Fix Is In Lyrics
|
the term "the fix is in" usually means that some sort of event has been rigged to gaurantee a certain outcome. for example, in the 1919 world series (the black sox), the fix was in - the series was fixed.
i'm not really sure what that does to the meaning of the song, but i don't think they're using the word "fix" to mean "the thing that solves their problems." |
