Wow, I cant belive noone posted on this song yet =0 But this song is awesome!!! And I think its bashing on catholics. Which not as in Individual people, just the religion, because how do you expect to be saved, or believe in something, then just throw it down and turn back to sin. ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED. to that I say, BULL! Its like marriage, like the bible uts your relationship with christ as, you have to have commitment and be faithful. Otherwise, your just going to lose it, and fall away, back into sin. o lol, i forgot i am supposed to post what I think this song means, but Oh well. I hope you enjoyed my little rant anyway =] |

| Im sorry, but if you don't think Dead Poetic is christian, you must have a poor sense of "smack-you-in-the-face" metaphor's. Cause in a deeper meaning, dead poetic expresses their thoughts on certain issues in the world, and use them to create beautiful songs. | I think the "Dead Man" Parts are reffering to how his father id dead in christ, because he was never saved by jesus. Also, at the end where the faint screamer is sayong "let the dead bury their own dead" This song is kind of a follow-up to "Wake Dead Man, Wake." Of course the title after that song gives it away. | |
