The lyrics posted here are pretty accurate for the most part, with the exception of the chorus. The true chorus of the song should be: I had the swirl and ache From sprays of honeysuckle That when they're gathered brake Will dew on the knuckle. And also, its "petal of the rose" not "pedal" |

| This is one of the 2 studio-recorded songs that didn't make the cut for O.A.R.'s 2nd studio release, Soul's Aflame. It's a pretty neat sing, but there's not really much to it as far as lyrics go. If anyone plans on burning Souls Aflame onto CD, I would suggest putting it as the last track. Also, the other (and much better in my opinion) unreleased song that didn't make it on Souls Aflame is Earthward. This song should be placed as track 7 I believe. | |
