I used to think this song was about the suicide of a friend. But now I think it's about how suddenly a relationship can end and how long it can take you to stop grieving...if you ever can. "And I wonder where you are and if the pain ends when you die" to me means that I will never forget you and until the day I die, I will feel the pain of losing you. I wish we could have said goodbye in a better way. I think you are a beautiful person and regardless of how we ended, I hope you will know your words will always be with me...be cherished by me. |

Beautiful song. When I have a friend in pain, this song come to my mind. My way of sending them positive vibes to help them through their troubles and let them know that I would do anything I could to help them. Even if it's only sending them my ration of light. |
