Bad Religion – Submission Complete Lyrics 18 years ago
Greg Graffin is the type of guy that when he went to college, he commented on how professors like students to do things the way they want them, not flexible to originality or creativity. For instance, if we all just tell our teachers and rolemodels in life "I trust you" or "I'll take your word for it," then we'll never learn anything! We must seek our own answers by going against the grain, taking our own approach. Education, politics, and the rest of society shall cease to be layed out and we must look to each other to share ideas and bask in our individuality.

Hopefully that helps.

Bad Religion – The Grand Delusion Lyrics 18 years ago
This song is about how politicians are so "dilusionized" by other issues in society that they divert their attention away from what Greg Graffin considers to be the issue of chief importance, global warming and climate change.

Bad Religion – Bored and Extremely Dangerous Lyrics 18 years ago
Greg Graffin is a very open-minded person who writes songs about serious issues, one of which is a generation of kids that exists now that feel misunderstood. I guess they are all put under the umbrella of emo, and they take a lot of shit from people for expressing their anger and frustration in a manner that the rest of society is not used to.

This song is not about shooting up a school, its just about how people can be assholes to others to the point of driving their subjects crazy enough to react in a way similar to the columbine attacks.

You say "BR is better than that," but what's to be better than? Is it suddenly not punk if you understand what people go through when they are ridiculed in life?
