| Midlake – No One Knew Where We Were Lyrics | 17 years ago |

it may be the best song ever... but why? please give your actual take on the song next time instead of some broad statement like that. But anyways, it seems like this song may be from the perspective of two people who are killed and now in death they are finding some sort of peace. but no one really knows where their bodies are because they were killed on a hike or something. |

| Will Stratton – Lost the Fear Lyrics | 17 years ago |
|
Everything about this song speaks to me. The fear he talks about, of leaving home or wherever, is such a real thing but I love the way he just says he's never coming back for anyone. And the boredom part, reminds me of the roadtrip me and my best friends planned to take to wander around the U.S. But I never thought I wouldn't ever return home! and i haven't... |

| Sufjan Stevens – Joy! Joy! Joy! Lyrics | 19 years ago |

I think he says "rage" at first before "i've read every page". also in the end instead of "and, and, and" he might be saying "damn" but it's unlike sufjan to use profanity |
