Incredible song by a highly underrated band.
A correction though:
It should be
"You give them a gun, and tell them to take a life"
instead of
"You give them a gun, and tell them to take alive" |

It should be "They're no cure", not "The devil comes". :)
Ace song by an ace band, though. |

I fully agree with the comment above. :) Although "Fire", "Drugs", "The Last One", and "Get Through It" aren't bad either. |

| The Music – Come What May Lyrics

This is my favorite B-side by The Music. I think it's about how the meaning of life is uncertain, and that it's better to just let things happen and enjoy life as it comes, than to try to get yourself to a particular destination. And if you do manage to reach a destination, it's not going to necessarily reward you with any answers. |

Great song, great band. Does anyone else besides me think he's singing "I'll never party with fire" towards the very end of the song? |

I love The Music!! But it sounds like he's saying "Now I'm not so WEAK", not "sweet". Although every lyrics site I've gone to has him saying the same thing as what's listed here, which means I'm wrong, I guess. =P |

No comments on this song yet?! This is my favorite song by The Music! It's impossible NOT to get up and dance to. |

| Bromheads Jacket – Trip To The Golden Arches Lyrics

One of my favorite songs from Bromheads! Traffic is indeed frustrating, and they certainly get that point across here.
And yes, I believe the song is also referencing McDonalds, since the original name for this song was "Trip to the GOLDEM Arches". Notice the M.
I found it interesting that their song "Shopping Spree" follows the exact same lyrical and musical structure as this one. |

I love this song! Basically its just about having a lousy day, and not wanting to talk to people anymore for fear of hurting them. Great to play when you feel like you've tried your best, yet manage to hurt more people than you do help them, so you just consider the day a lost cause. |

I find it interesting how every other lyric website has stolen this since I've posted it! Stolen it word-for-word. I listened to the song about 20 times on repeat and deciphered the lyrics as best as possible, when no other lyrics site yet had the lyrics. Of course, that means some sections may be incorrect, although it sounds perfect to me. Ah well. Very awesome song and CD though. |

Anybody else notice how at the end of the song, he sings the first few lines of Well That Was Easy? Thought that was interesting...not sure if there is any significance though... |

Notice that every Bravery album seems to require at least one occurrence of the F-word, last time it was in An Honest Mistake. =P Very nice acoustic track though. |

I especially love the screaming at the end of this song with "You give and you give and you give". One of my favorite songs off of Sixteen Stone. |

Actually, I happen to know a song longer than this. Beck's "The Horrible Fanfare/Landslide/Exoskeleton" off of his The Information cd, 10:36 in length. =P |

If I've memorized all the lyrics of this song and am able to sing along to it perfectly, does that make me a nerd? =P |

This is one of my favorite tracks off of Empire. I always thought he was saying "See the watering eyes". It makes partial sense. But now I'm listening to it more closely, and I'm not quite sure... |

I always thought he was saying "the reasonable thought is the adrenaline" instead of "the reasonable fool is being drowned out". But what you have makes much more sense, heh. |

When I heard this song, the first thing I recognized was that they used Daft Punk lyrics. =D
At least, I'm pretty sure Daft Punk were the ones to start the whole harder faster better stronger thing...besides the sexual reference. |
