Beastie Boys – Paul Revere Lyrics 18 years ago
My favorite bit is: Lookin' for a girl - I ran into a guy
His name is M.C.A., I said, "Howdy" - he said, "Hi"
They always cheer me up.

Yes, the Madrigals Demo is super fly. HD's just much for words.

This is The Jam. Can I say that? I am legally not allowed to listen to this ditty while driving. This song gets me drunk, and I don't have the Designated Dave hook-up.

Howie Day – Karma Police (Radiohead cover) Lyrics 19 years ago
Listening to HD, you can tell that Radiohead is a big influence on his sound. Rightfully so, listening to Radiohead is a relifgious experience. I've never heard this cover, but I am definitely interested in checking it out. HD is great live. I saw him in '06 with Tristan Prettyman. He's absolutely intoxicating.

Greg Laswell – Sing, Theresa Says Lyrics 19 years ago
It's about his nana. He had a dream and she spoke to him and told him to sing of happy things. The june bugs are related to being a young boy and having adventures with a childhood friend.

This song is absolutely beautiful. My favorite line is "one day a man will spring worth loving." It breaks my heart, but I get it. This song is profound. I THINK he's aware of the love that surrounds him, but he still has to find himself, his true confidence.

The entire album is great. Bravo, Greg. All the amazing singer/songwriters are in San Diego. Where the hell am I? Ha ha.
