i was just think about the line "well my gun fires seven different shades of shit, so what's your favourite colour, punk?" and this might be completely off, but it might be refering to different stereotypes. As for calling the person "punk", well my dad always refers to teenagers as punks. i'm pretty sure that the lyrics are "my gun fires" instead of "oh my gosh vile" that just...doesn't go with the rest of that line. i don't think it's about pills or drugs. ha, maybe it's just a funny line they wanted to add in. well it's one of my favourite lines ever. so yeah... |

hm. i've got a couple things to say. i love MCR, and it seems most people on this page hate them. but that's okay, to each his own. i actually love this song. i don't like the reasoning behind it, but it's still a cool song. now, MCR might not have a long run like Mr. Manson here, but they had thier time in the spot-light and i think they will be okay with it. i don't see how they are stealing marilyn's stuff. a lot of people wear suits. my dad wears one to work everyday. maybe MCR just wanted to look a bit sophisticated for this one album by getting suits. meh. the point is, who gives a shit. great song. horrible reasoning. |

About the whole feud. I love MCR. Everything about them. So do my friends, and they hate The Used, mostly because of the feud. Actually, I don't think they have ever heard a song by these guys. So naturally, I got the idea that they sucked. Yesterday I decided to watch 'The Used Behind The Scenes' or something like that. And I liked the song. I liked watching them. So i got a bunch of they're songs and just like that, over night, I am in friggin love with these guys. I don't care about the feud, I love MCR's music, and I love The Used's music. Yeah, just thought I'd get that out there. Anyways, great song. =D |

I agree with everything bobcat12. I also agree with the statement above, "I bet at least half of you, if not more, would actually like the song if someone played it to you without telling you mcr did it." People, learn how to listen to the music without judging the fucking band. And the whole "emo" thing. It's more of a fashion style now, someone can call you emo because you wear a black t-shirt one day. That shit happens. This song is great, it's obvious what it's about, and I don't know why most of this comment is wasted on proving a point after it's been proven twice before me. psh. |
