i use this site quite a lot but i have only just signed up, when reading the comments that have been left on this song it makes me think do you actualy read the lyrics at all. the main part of this song that people are seeming t be confused about is the part about i she talking about his dad raping him, but jon has sed in interviews that it isnt about his dad and it was about a family friend/ neighbour. and if people took the time to read the lyrics then it is clear that someone is trying to mislead him and say look its ok ill be your daddy 'Come out and play, I'll be your Daddy.' this is showing how he was lured out as a child. and i no that there will be postings about what ive writen saying that im wrong etc but read the lyrics and listen to interviews and what ive writen makes sence |
