no code 79, this song is actually about coming out of rehab and staying away from heroin. "I stay away" get it? then when he went back on heroin he wrote no excuses. This is just my opinion but I find it strange how the song he wrote after using heroin (no excuses) makes more sense than the one he wrote when he was off heroin (I stay away)
