I love the post apocalypse... So thought provoking! A good, but very serious book that relates is one I am reading called The Road by Cormac Mccarthy. I think the poppy fuzzy tingling jingling music of Of Montreal can often distract listeners who are unfamiliar with their music from some of the very philosophical topics they sing about. It's music that really pays off, I am always in awe when I look up their lyrics or listen closely to a song of theirs for the first time. |
