What do you think thye mean by "you said these thoughts would fade away but knowing this, patience brings us change"? Mostly the "patience" part... could he mean that this time apart has somehow brung them closer together? And when he says "you say that i'm in love" is she accusing him of being obsessed with her even after the breakup? Or is she saying that he is in another relationship? |

wow the lines "so i sit here knuckles tight hands against the wheel your head against the glass and you mean so much to me" reminds me of one time my girlfriend got really pissed cause some idiot cut us off and i ended up getting into a race... well that wasn't really worth it.. she was mad. lol |

| This song is great, its perfect for me. To me it speaks to my best friend and my girlfriend (well ex, she broke up with me today) at the same time. The line "Just give it time" is perfect considering she used the common "we need to take a break"... so that leaves the possibility for another chance. The reason for the breakup had something to do with me fighting my best friend... and she says if I can fix that then... so all I need to do is get him to at least acknowledge I exist. so yeah the song kills two birds with one stone. I love the line “I’m still me”, I want my best friend to remember all the good times we’ve had and not just me kicking his ass. Oh and the “I’m sorry” thing works pretty well. | |
