what an amazing song. i'm studying the easter rebellion at the moment for my individual study in modern history. this song really does show how that wasn't the end of it all and how things have gotten worse in some cases. amazing anti war song.
i think the zombie thing is a metaphor for the fighting itself, how it is un thinking, and keeps going, emotionless. very powerfull |

ok well what i think of when i hear this song is like... 2 people, seperated by something, and for some reason the images that always pop into my mind in the first line are like a web cam, one watching the other, because they can't physically be there. or one filming the other, i dunno. whatever, this song is beautiful. and it's like "don't judge me for what i've done, i'm still who i always was" (And while your outside looking in Describing what you see Remember what your staring at is me) |

haha, this song's on the pepsi ad in Australia. it's funny, cuz it works so well. the screen's divided into 4 windows, and it starts out the same guy walking along a street and slowly different things come along (eg a soccer ball) and slowly each version of him gets led off on their own path. it's so cool. i reccomend you track it down. V cool.
All in all, rad song, about looking to the future. things will always try to drag you back and you'll always meet obstacles, but if you look to the future and stay focussed you got nuthin to worry about :) |

beautiful song. V sad. this is why change is good. basically, a change of scenery a change of anything can make so much difference. It can save lives. i suppose thats a positive message one can take from this. When you feel empty, somethings wrong, so fix it. i suppose it's not always that simple... but thats what i get from it. |

i love this song. it seems fairly straight foward though. boy meets girl by sheer coincidence of her sitting next to him. and from that on he was utterly mesmerized by her. all of this happens at some kind of bar or club or party or something (melancholic in the black frock. good fortune at the bar). possible romeo and juliet reference of the location (verona)... that could be the influence but i dont now. also, first verse needs to be changed. according to the lyric book in the cd it is
