i just got out of a relationship and i view it as a broken one. like all the things the other person once cared about, they dont care anymore. "when did you become so cold" like the person had a suddon change of heart "Living for the here and now never made so much sense. You think you’ve got all the time in the world, but this could all be ending now. How far down will you go before it’s too late?" its as if, when they re together, the person cares. then they start to fall apart and the person gos back to the things that always bring them down and just forget what matters in life. "Remembering what’s really important isn’t so important after all" when it says the crash at the end, i think its metaphoric for the end of the realtionship and how the person doesnt have much time to save it because its all coming to an end. whats more imporant, them, or all the things that dont matter in life like maybe money, drugs, another person to be with... thats the question of the whole thing |

kinda like the short people where short shorts what the guy said above me... when refering to wearing shark cloths, hes saying he was a mean person. I definitely think its about two people, who had a horrible ending to their relationship. hence "the bite was ugly" ..so maybe he screwed their relationship up by being so mean. but they both knew it was going to end up bad even though they ignored it... "WE WERE READY. dusgiused the malice stone" malice=bad. I think then its saying.. that even though everything is turning out for the bad. they both loved eachother like there was nobody eles and that they will never stop loving eachother no matter what the ending is ... "you were my favorite. we both know our love will never end" I think the ending of the relationship prob had alot to do with the way things should be karma all that bc there are alot of references to another world controlling them. fate led to them not being together thats my take.. it could be all wronge and be something completely biblical though lol |

Hmm it seems to me almost as if its about someone who was once close to him..maybe a band member.. and then just used him to steal the spotlight.. "my envy can’t describe how I loathe you for having all the stars leaving my eyes to marvel the sky knowing it should be mine yet it’s you I see wasting the dream that only I deserve" ..like saying the friend has it all now and just left him there with nothing when it was originally his dream to make it.....maybe it was an old band member who became successful and didnt stay with him.. idk thats my take on it "taste your vanity and its sweet bitterness as you hide behind your veil of my stolen hopes and lost dreams ...you took them all... I watched you steal my thoughts and had to see you smile" ..kinda like he saying that the friend was just fake cus he stole all the ideas he originally had. and then used it to his/her advantage. | Yeah. So the song is just alright. I do think its a bit far fetched to compare them to P!atd but i can see how it would seem that way... I was definitely expecting alot more than this. It seems alot darker.. less screaming ((wich is what i loved))...but im still stoked for the new album. My hopes are high that there are more songs that have "the used" feel to them. because this one..... really doesnt | |

To me.. It's not just about walking away from a relationship. It's about two people in love, exchanging words about how they feel about eachother... and then.. out of no where... One of the people just stops talking to the other and seems to forget about everything they shared together...as id that person is scared to keep on with the relationship...seeee...
