To me this song is about an insecure myspace scene guy who gets lots of people adding him and commenting about how gorgeous he is, but despite his online popularity he still feels insecure because everything he shows in his profile and pictures might not be true. |

I was also wondering whether Jesse had any relations to the poor girl. This song HAS to be somewhat directly personal to sound this deep, or is he just using the whole tragedy as some sort of metaphor. Like the song is about some sort of guilt or something else he's feeling that could relate to(but not about) the accident.

I'm just having this really shit time and like...bam! This song came out and inspired me. To me its about self conflict, life struggles, failure to change to something better, self hate and concludes to a retrieval to something greater than humanity, be it God or whatever.
I'm not Christian, but this song inspires me to keep holding on. :) |
