Some interviewer asked Scott (who did not write this song and therefore did not know the answer) if when they say "He thinks he's in the Band" was a reference to The Band... the song certainly seems to showcase how The Band has influenced them, but I thinks he was perhaps a bit too literal? haha. |

I love this song so much.. especially when Scott sort of messes up right before the third verse; that just makes it that much more authentic. Dr. Dog is by far my favorite band, and this is currently my favorite of their songs. It gives me chills! |
