| I don't think the feeling of being at their Columbia Post Pavilion show with them performing this song will ever be topped. It was amazing. They are amazing. :] | |

I'm pretty sure the lyric goes "From the beaches of Cali to the roots of Aberdeen." Maybe I'm wrong, but it would only make sense. Since that's where they're from. |

If anybody watches the show Greek, this was on an episode. I believe it was the one about Casey going to the All Greek Ball, after she and Evan had broken up. She sees Cappie and Rebecca happily dancing, and reaches for the same glass of champagne as Evan. Yeahh, that's where I found it, and absolutely loved it from then. I agree with speced2000. I think it's refering to love, not just friendship. But it could clearly apply to both. |

i definitely love the cover way better than the original. i used to be in love with the whole 80's genre and of course cyndi lauper. yeah, i was at a friends house this weekend and they have sirius radio, and this song came on, i went home and downloaded instantly. =] every time i hear a new song i like i listen to it a bunch, i'm listening to it currently. |

i like this song, but i like breakout, breakout better. from somebody who saw/loved them before they hit vans warped tour, i'd be sad if they got big. i mean, yeah, that's what all bands want in the end, but eventually i wouldn't be able to take all the screaming little teenie boppers. ew. anyways...nataliesADDICTION i think hit it perfet. the meaning that is, and considering "The self-produced EP was mixed by Zach Odom and Kenneth Mount at Tree Sound Studios in Atlanta (Outkast, Cartel). " that may be a hint of why they sound similar to cartel. just a thought though. |

i've loved this song ever since i first listened to it. and i agree with most comments on here... the first time i found this song, i was going through a ton of hard times, and still am really, but the song makes me smile, something i can go to sleep to. it's calming. |
