In response to Stripes: I don't believe that the Clipse were referring to sexuality in the line "Play both of the fields..." In my opinion, they are saying that they "play both sides of the field..." as in they look through OTHER people's perspectives as well as their own... Then it follows with the line..."See I know pain"...which is saying that they understand what the other person is feeling because they've been in their situation before or can relate to what their going through. That's just a general thought. In my opinion, the Clipse are talking about relationships. They play "both sides of the field" as in they have played people as well as been played theirselves...and therefore they know what it feels like being on other end..."see I know pain". |
