mkay here is my translation (may be a little inaccurate owing to my rubbish french) leave the girls to fall Leave the girls to fall One day it is you who will fall Leave the girls to fall Leave the girls to fall One day it is you who will cry Yes i cried that day but no i will not cry anymore no i will not cry any more I will say that it is good for you I will say that you will learn I will say that you will learn Leave the girls to fall Leave the girls to fall You have played a terrible trick Leave the girls to fall Leave the girls to fall You will pay one of these days We will not play with impunity With an innocent heart You will see that I have sensed the chance of abandomnebt for a long time Those who did not know That will leave their hearts broken You will have no one to cheer you up You will not have stolen them Leave the girls to fall Leave the girls to fall One day it is you who will fall Leave the girls to fall Leave the girls to fall One day it is you who will cry you will have no one other than yourself No one other than yourself So take back everything i have told you Everything i have told you |

this might just be me but this song seems quite similar to Jekyll and Hyde. I.e : "John was a scientist, he was hooked on LSD" (referring to Jekyll and his addiction with the transformation potion" and "with a package in his hand tied to the suspect" (the package being the parcel from jekyll, and "the monkey held the key" - referring to de-evolution which was what the novella based on. I dunno, a little far fetched but the similarities are striking. Great song anyhow :D |
