I'm not sure I think it could well be pointing to belief in some sort of afterlife... It's a possibilty from the lyrics isn't it! That said that doesn't mean they/he are conscribing to a particular relgion. And i think we should try to keep any anti-religious thoughts to ourselfs, I'm not religious in the slightest but still we should be able to have a discussion about song lyrics without that kind of bashing! On a different thought... Does anyone else think that line should be: "I memoris-ed my own lines, from left to right." With the last consonant of memorised starting the next line. Thats just what i hear and seems to work in context! |
