yeah john gold! his music has a very subtle beauty that i think most people overlook. I love his songs, they're very comforting. Especially this one. It's very hopeful, I think it's about how he feels that there is a girl living across town that he is meant to meet one day and he knows she is lonely. He believes they will come together one day and he is singing this song to her to encourage her not to give up hope. That's what I am currently taking from it. |
