Please correct the lyrics. Born to the glare of the senses Spoon-fed reality infused A new inherent - passive contentment you are so easily amused Here and now we are gone in a heartbeat a dream in the passage of time chances are fading this world isn't waiting the moment is passing you by Questions lie beneath the surface the fools are fooled once again Benign coincidence - we stole our existence and gladly cast it to the wind Here and now we are gone in a heartbeat a dream in the passage of time chances are fading this world isn't waiting the moment is passing you by Slowly spinning on the wind back home... |

| If you play a hundred rhythm I'll distinguish this goes for The Cranberries.. this song is pure The Cranberries.. I love this verse: Never before, Never again, You will ignore, I will pretend. & she repeats this over & over.. :x | |

I love the "will i find you? can i find you?" part. it's like he says "will i find you? or is it impossible to find you?" Slash is playing his, what I say "carnival style" or "merry go 'round style" kind of solo fills. just like sweet child o'mine with GNR. & the final solo is very thrilling. |

| Pink Floyd – The Final Cut Lyrics | 18 years ago |

Stop telling "hey you're wrong. this part doesn't mean that". All Pink Floyd lyrics have magic in them. Each time you say hey the song's about this... then you find a verse that's completely at the opposite side. thanks a lot to "inpraiseoffolly" who said the song bears similarities to Comfortably Numb... yeah totally true.. never found out this myself. For the sound in the "dial the combination open the priesthole... and if I'm in I'll tell you what's behind the wall..." part, as long as I had not read the lyrics I thought Waters is warning the person that there's a bomb hidden there. but it's too late and it explodes. but after reading this lyrics I'm confused now. To me, The Final Cut is about people who can establish only a few relationships with girls. So they make love to girls in magazines and dream of getting them. These people when they get a girlfriend, are very overcome. Hope you'll get what I'm saying. like the part "and if I open my heart to you.. and show you my weak side.. what would you do" he's not aware that you do not have to tell gurls that you love them deeply. So this girl leaves him. thinking that he's an idiot. here he says "Thought I oughta bare my naked feelings.. Thought I oughta tear the curtain down.." you see, he thinks opening his heart to her, was only an act of honesty. I think Pink Floyd is even the best for teenagers. I've been listening to since I was 17 and I think it helped me a lot in life. It made me analyze things in more details than my friends my age did. And at last, thanks a million times to this band. |

| Black Label Society – Spoke In The Wheel Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| So you say that that Axl Rose or a gurl is Lord? I can't agree with you. I think this song's about how we got kicked from heaven. And that makes us feel like shit sometimes. And we start to think that God doesn't care for us anymore. And we are born for nothing and will die someday. All that will remain is a spoke in the wheel. | |
