i think that a girl has finally try to kill him with some electric device. so he's telling her that she must feel better now: "So I'm feeling much worse now You're better. You're better" maybe she tried to poison him: "Your designer drug won't work won't work for me" like i said he is trying to kill him anyway "Connect to a three-volt I hope your battery dies How could you run on such on such voltage?" in this part he complains and he finally knows her real intentions: "All the same I remain The one to blame and I'm Demonized Purified Justified AS YOU LET YOURSELF SHOW" how she wanted him dead, she loves hearing him screaming and......in the end, he wanted to die cuz she didnt love him...: "So now you'll love these screams Whats left of me?
