This song sounds like it might be about Jesus but only on a few parts does it make sense. "Just pull close these witnesses That follow, so trusting There they go" That may referring to Jesus and his disciples and then they go to spread the word of Christ. Also when it says "Clim up your pedestal To hang yourself from it A Cold day without the praise I used when I never ever meant to change." The pedestal could be the crucifix from which he gave himself for our sins. And on this day he probably didn't preach much about god to other people sense he was busy being crucified. And changing as in dying i'm guessing. And people are always saying how Christianity is overrated and stuff like that. But thats about all I can put together from this song. |
