I was thinking the same exact thing A Red Hotel said: "Is this song a joke? Shes so full of shit now. What a sellout, she wants to be the next Pop Diva, her first too albums were ok, they were true and had a message. Even if you didnt like Pop music, you could respect her for that... Now she models, died her hair blonde, wears jessica simpson-type outfits, and has songs that are full of shit. Listen to the first album, and some interviews were she was very real and down to earth. Then listen to this... Congratulations Ms. Sellout, I hope you enjoy sucking the money out of these people." So very true. And it's a shame. The media sucks people into its stereotypical big-shot money world vacuum and can destroy some of the most creative minds. But whatever, maybe it's just experimentation. Nothing wrong with that, as long as she doesn't become a full-time sell-out. |
