Something I'd like to add is directed at all these people going on about some guy being paid to write these songs for her ...
While Tarja didn't write these songs by herself, and I don't think she contributed much to this one in particular, she still wrote them nonetheless. Sure, she had people to help her out ... but who writes an album alone?
After all, Tarja did go to the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, one of the most prestigious music schools, so I'm sure she's capable of writing at least some music - and I believe she can also play the flute, the drums and the piano as well as sing. Correct me if I'm wrong.
But back on the subject of the song ... I didn't like it at first, but it's really grown on me and has a lovely polished sound, and I think it was a fantastic start to a fantastic album :) |

My theory is that this song is about how Tuomas loved Tarja. I think, although I may be totally wrong, that it is called GHOST Love Score because it is a romantic relationship that never happened. |

I do not guarantee these lyrics to be 100% correct. I love this song, but searching for the words, I could not find anything on the Internet - so I sat down with a slowed down copy of the song, and after hours of listening closely and tweaking what I wrote down, I ended up with these lyrics. This is a great song, and to me it seems like it could be about a variety of things - "far far away from you" could suggest a break up or drifting away from someone and "should I have just one more" could be about alcoholism ... |
