| The Meg And Dia Band – My Baby's Better Than Yours Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
This is what they had to say about it in an interview: " Meg and I have always had this really negative outlook on war. Of course, we've never been, or fought in an actual war, but we've both read extensive novels on war. (Some of my favorites remain, "Things Fall Apart," and "The Red Badge of Courage," and "A Farewell to Arms.") Killing another person, even in war, has always been a terrible thought to me. War, in my opinion, is like an organized massacre. I always think about the other side....they're just like you and me. Good people fighting against good people for something that isn't worth it. Nothing is worth innocent blood...is it? I don't want to get to politic, because I still have so much to learn about politics and war, but that's just how we feel now." |

| This is my most played song on my iPod. I think it means she plays happy and caring but when she is really not happy and she's waiting for the moment to end it. | |

This song is not my Meg & Dia, it should be removed. Dia & Ian produced it and making more songs, just because Dia sung it doesn't mean that it credits to Meg & Dia. ( I think its about guilt/breakup btw) |

I love this song, in fact I love the entire Meg & Dia Band. I couldn't decide which type of music was right for me, but as soon as I first heard Meg & Dia, I realized they sing exactly like me. New Jersey is my favorite to perform and it also shows alot of their vocal range. I love that part as well, like giorgiasiann said. I have both of their cds on my iPod, love it. |

| The Meg And Dia Band – Masterpiece Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| The song is about how a guy changed and molded her until he liked how she was, then when he was done he pushed her aside. And no, this song is not about god or any of religious meaning, none of their songs are religious, the entire band is Agnostic. A huge majority of their songs are about breakups and feeling down. When she says " created me" she is talking about how the guy changed her, she is lashing back at how he changed her... Extremely religious people can confuse many of their songs for being religious, but in fact none of them are. | |
