i can't believe so few comments on this song. i think it's called romantic comedy because the girl in it seems to like the drama and twists and difficulties usually in romantic comedies. like, even though the audience knows they're getting together, you have to sit and watch all these conflicts, even though you know they're getting together. this couple sounds like they like drama, even though they KNOW they'll wind up together. they're all about games and drama. |

i love this..it introduces the album perfectly: if you look at the title "what the snowman learned about love"...a theme of a lot of the songs seems to be not about being hard and wounded, but opening yourself up for love (look at "don't be afraid to sing" and "elevator love letter"). snowman, as in someone whose heart has been frozen from past experience. i like to think of the part "you come around" as in, eventually you'll come around and not be so jaded by love. about the intro, yeah, it's pretty lame, but whatever. stars is amazing. |
