I've tried over and over again to force myself to hear "Well now you need me more than I need you." but I can't ever hear a "you" in there anywhere. To me, it sounds more like "Well I need me, more than I need you." or even something like "Well I'll need me is more than I'll need you." There's definitely some weird vocal 'artifacts' that throw me off. Either way, great song. |

I wonder if we could get an edit to these lyrics since they're not all correct. "I'll never leave this place where I was born." "Even though I never seen th/em" There's also a couple of lines missing: "You have created a falsehood A focused yet closed minded view There's no telling where we'll be at the same time next year But I do know one thing it won't be far from here." |

I'm probably wrong here but I just don't hear, "Well, I think that I have found myself out of line." It sounds a lot more like something similar to "found myself, out on the floor." I'm really really trying to hear "out of line" but I can't for the life of me. |

_space_ I definitely have to disagree with you. It doesn't sound anything like "Mends the brakes"... to me it sounds like "Them's the breaks." which is a common phrase for "That's just how things go." or even, "That's how the cookie crumbles" if you want to get into cliches. It should read: This is a bandit's life It comes and goes And them's the breaks |

It's not a rape / murder scene if you bothered to read the lyrics. Her neck was broken, she was still holding on to a leaf as she fell out of a tree... the bruises and abrasions occur pretty frequently when people are falling from heights, if nobody was aware. It was NOT a murder/rape. Very sad, nonetheless. |
