Seems we got some mixed feelings here. But, songs talk to people differently and that's okay. To me, the first thing that comes to my mind when I read these lyrics is School Shootings. Here's why: It talks about a teenager that doesn't fit in with all these different Cliques or Groups that make up all high schools. But if your troubled and hurt, What you got under you shirt, Will make em pay for things that they did! That part could be saying...Well, if you are hurting that much take that gun you are hiding under your shirt and make everyone pay for making you miserable. They said now Teenagers scare, The living shit out of me They can care less as long as, Someone will bleed So darken your clothes, Or stike a violent pose, Maybe they'll leave you alone That is like saying...Teenagers can get so upset about how they are treated at school (not fitting in) that they don't care what happens to them as long as someone bleeds, takes the beating, pays for their misery! Okay, that is how I personally see it. |

I know what you mean, Tokabi. I really like this song too. I got drawn to them from the Dresden Dolls because of Brian Viglione who plays the drums for both those bands. Anyways, this a a very fun song. Holly has a great voice; it really is beautiful! And, Matt's (M@) vocals on this song is great and fun (if you've heard a recording, you know what I mean :) |
