mrBrutuskid - point taken. Now that I think about it, I probably should've thought more carefully before I wrote that up. I guess what I was meant to say is that not every Christian out there is a KKK-type, manipulate religion or anything like that. There are some geniunely good, kind people (not saying that it's me or anything... for if I said that it was then I'd be even more of a hypocrite) that I've met, so yeah. |

This song has to be the best song Cory & the new NJ have written. The whole album is great, but Coffinspires really makes O' God, the Aftermath so much better. I think many of us can truly relate to this song (not just as Christians), with the trial-and-error theme. "Endless invention, endless experiment, endless hope and endless disappointment." Can't stop listening to this song. |

the-orange-i-choked, not all Christians are hypocrites, so stop stereotyping people. Stereotyping and hypocrisy just annoy me. But I definitely see your point (in spite of me being a Christian - hence the reason why I noticed your interpretation a lot more than the others') with the right-wing convervatists and the southern baptist preachers. There are definitely hypocrites that manipulate religion, and I won't mention them here (you ought to know some of those organisations/people). |
