ok, first of all i'm drunk. this is a great song. sarah has a great voice. an amazing voice, the overtones she creates on the "far away from here" line really make this song. not to be chauvinist, but i generally don't appreciate female songwriters/vocalists that much. did i say i was drunk, i not that driunk. anyway, a great song, a great job singing. i'm an atheist, so all this "angels" business is nonsense sure but it's about what she's feeling, right? like this site, like to see what other people think about good music. listen to grandaddy, bercury rev and sparklehorse. good stuff. big man out! |
