i agree completely with TDDx8. it's a pretty straight forward song as far as the meaning goes. the way i see it is that perhaps the person he loves so much doesn't understand the depth of this persons feelings for them, hence the "Dont you see? Don't you see I'm here?" |

wow. finally. someone who thinks that this song is about anorexia. but i disagree with samalama's idea on the line "these seconds when i'm shaking leave me shuddering for days" i think thats referring to not just them shaking, but their will. like how you feel before you cave in and eat something, and that will leave them feeling guilty for days. but there are also parts of this song that don't really fit into the whole anorexia idea. so i guess it's both really. |
