To be honest, i think we could sit here all day and try to guess what this song means and still get it wrong. I dont know whether there is an actual point to this song, and to be honest i think it's about drugs for the lyrics: My heart is broke but i have some glue help me inhale mend it with you. ^Obviously talking about inhaling drugs. We'll float around hang out on clouds ^Floats around hang out on clouds? Sounds like the talk of someone who is high. Then we'll come down and have a hang-over ^Obviously about when the drugs are wearing off. I think-and i may be wrong, that this song is about taking drugs and that they make you happy, even if your dumb, even if you don't have friends (i'm not like them but i can pretend.) and how about even though he may not be happy in the real world the drugs make him feel like he's happy (the sun is gone but i have the light) that even though there's nothing left the drugs create a new world for him (the day is done but i'm having fun.). I mean i could be completely wrong, but hey it's all guess work-only Kurt knows what this songs about..infact he mightent even know :P |

| I think this song is so deep and amazing. The lyrics are really good and you can so tell that Ben Moody helped write them. I think it's just describing a girl who is so depressed that she can't find anything anymore and she is basically losing the will to live. Wheni hear that song i kind of want to reach out to all those depressed people out there. I think this is by far one of Avril's best songs! | |
