The Minus 5 – Cemetery Row Lyrics 19 years ago
"Used to be afraid.
Now we love to fade into the procession.
No more the insane
Memory lane runs in the other direction"
This part seems to describe how walking forward in life isn't such a bad thing, even though death stands at its end.

"Eyes that never close, hands too numb to hold a glass or matchstick.
Everybody knows this old house is cold and crowed with halfwits." as well as
"Lemonade and gin.
Life is wearing thin by general consensus."
might be meant as a reason to the theory stated above. Life has become dull and grey, so there is no need to be afraid of death.

"Cemetery Row is not such a bad place -- don't you want to go?
Bars that never close one every corner, Cemetery Row."
... death is filled with life more than life, which is death because of its monotony?
Hm... that does not seem to be the most logical interpretation. but it's my best shot :)
