Plush is a reference to a woman's bush. This is a song about a guy having unprotected sex with a woman because she claims he got her pregnant. After coming to a realization that he's going to be father, he says "To Hell With It" and starts boning this girl w/o a condom. What's the point, "Time's a wasted Go!" And then, right in the middle of it, she starts to have a menstrual flow. He knows, cause he can feel it and smell it, this reverberates in his head like a bad memory "and I feel it...and I feel it!" She can no longer lie about it because she also feels it. "So much depends on the weather, is it raining in your bedroom" Bedroom = the place of sex = a woman's genital region. Raining = menstruating. Weather = the 28 day cycle. Our future hinged on your period and weather you’re pregnant or not. Now that he knows she's not pregnant.
