Comfortably one of the most beautiful songs ive ever heard, everything is perfect....it could be about losing or not getting through to the one you love and the feelings of worthlessness you must feel because of this, its so sad because it hints at never being able to find anyone or making a relationship work. |

This is about the despair that you feel when people who you thought were friends turn their back on you or act as if they like you....its like there teasing him always asking him questions that they already know the answer to ' I cant answer you anymore ' its like nothing he could say would satisfy them. Its like hes being toyed with. |

This song is about feeling the weight of the world, as daniel explains in the movie 'the devil and daniel johnston', you know the weight of responsibility and feeling the pressure of trying to 'fit' in and make something of yourself.....there may be some reference to his condition ' I really dont know why I came here, I really dont know why I stay here' this line evokes depression and ' try to remember but my feelings cant know for sure ' this speaks of the confusion he feels. |
