Wow, no comments yet. I just discovered this song tonight when we played it on the radio station I work for, and I immediately became hooked. This is a very interesting song, with a lot of different musical styles incorporated in it. I love some of the drum beats. This band reminds me a lot of the Higher. Amazing song though, I highly recomend it. |

As much as I think you all have good insight toward this song, I happen to know none of you are correct. I heard a live version of this song where Jared introduced it, and he said he wrote this song while in Africa, and it talks about the beauty that he saw, while also seeing the failure of humanity with everything going on around there. A pretty powerful piece, and definitely one of my favorite 30 stm songs. |

I absolutely love this song and feel that this band gets very little credit for how amazing they sound. As far as the meaning is concerned, I have to say that I think it's about a guy who messed up his relationship, and now he's realizing that he wants the girl back, but it's too late. He still won't give up, even though he knows it's a lost cause. |

This song is about a guy who was just dumped by a girl that meant a lot to him, and I have to assume she started dating someone else. The guy is upset and realizes that he was the right one for her, and not the other guy, but now that she left him, he doesn't wanna know when she realizes he was the right one...hence the line "I don't want to know that you know
