Lyrics from Vena Sera booklet: So you say your're ignored As it is, Well, give us your sad, sad trip You're right, I get it It all makes sense, you're the perfect person So right, so wrong Let's all live in your imaginary life Assumed it's whether We're right, I'm wrong We're doomed, and there's plenty for all How dare you catch me counting How dare you call at all How dare you call it suffering How dare you call at all You're right, I get it It all makes sense, you're the perfect person So right, so wrong Let's all live in your imaginary life Press on these tannins They're doubled in time The touch of life, once failed to mention so far Of course the la is fountains Of face to face remorse A fast and restless blackmail Like pent-up fetish force You're right, I get it It all makes sense, you're the perfect person So right, so wrong Let's all live in your imaginary life Do you want enough? Do you want it all? Should you need it at all? Takes a minute to see Do you want enough? Do you want it all? Should you need it at all? Do you want it or not? You're right, I get it It all makes sense, you're the perfect person So right, so wrong Let's all live in your imaginary life |

My personal take....it relates to a relationship with this guy I was with. Things are going well...and then out of no where he disappears from my life. No explanation. No responses. Just decides not to give me the time of day anymore. (Please excuse me but I got to ask) Asking for a reason/closure to a relationship (Are you only being nice Because you want something) That "nice" personality one has seem to be a front. (Doing me in) Endless thoughts of "what ifs"/"the past"/"explanations"/"blaming" now that the relationship is over. (The more you try to erase me The more the more The more that I appear) This could be seen as it being impossible to erase another from one's memory...because there will be moments that remind you of a person. I see it more as overcoming the ending of the relationship. You realize who you are...what you are deserving of...you become stronger. It's not letting someone else get the best of you and letting your best apparent for all. (The more I try the eraser The more the more The more that you appear) I see this more as realization that the past can't be erased. It's something stuck with you. You live with it because the more you focus of erasing it is just giving them the attention and "doing you in". You can't fall to their standards...you have to be bigger...otherwise you are just like them. (No you're wrong) Not blaming yourself for the situation or finding acceptable reasoning to their actions. Their loss. |
