I agree with most all of you. This song very obviously seems like a relationship that has ended. But maybe it didn't end b/c someone cheated or lied or fell out of love but because someone felt like they needed to move on and do other things. Lines like "I'm not satisfied with where I'm at in life. Am I supposed to be happy? With all I ever wanted, it comes with a price" almost make it sound like he wants to be with her but there's other things he wants in his life right now b/c he's not completely satisfied so he needs to go in pursuit of them instead. I may be way off...but it seems like more of a crossroads type of story that people go through as they get older. As for the word "site..." maybe it's just a typo? Or just "at that spot" when they're together. |

| I'm surprised more people haven't commented on this song. It's such a great one and it happens all too much as people get older. But you're right forelsket seg, it hits home more when you can relate so maybe that's why I really like this song. Sometimes people just have to go off and "find themselves," even if that means leaving you behind... | |
