I fell in love with this song the second I heard it, and upon listening to the lyrics and reading them over and over, and I think the lyrics above are just a little bit off... But anyways, To me, this song is about a relationship that you can't stand to be in, but you really can't live to be without. "Your eyes to take cover and all your lies will see the truth stand tall I’m drowning in you" I get from that when I see you there is nothing wrong, there are no faults or problems, I see no eveil in you, and you have control over me and my emotions even though I know there may be flaws and faults. "I meant every second every last word I’m drowning in you and I can't change the past I’m drowning in your plight to fall this time it's on you you will take the blame for every single word" From this I get that in our past attempsts at our relationship we may have failed, and both made mistakes, but you can't change the past... no matter how hard you want to, And that you always try to blame the other person for the faults in the relationship, when all along it was both equally your own flauts, even as we try to point fingers and play the childish blame game. | This song is certainly about love... And about the one who is ment for you. My best friend had this song played as his wedding song, (first dance) I only wish that I had know about this song before him, or got married before he did... I think this is one of the most beautiful songs for such an occasion, I'm happy that I was aprt of such a great event and song...
